Located in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, Mount Joy Mennonite Church serves the communities of Lancaster, York, and Dauphin Counties with a regional population of approximately 1,000,000. The area is economically stable, growing, and populated with young families. With over 100 years of history, we at MJMC desire to shape our ministry for future generations while honoring a rich heritage. The church reflects a casual atmosphere to welcome everyone.

Ministry Position: Next Gen / Discipleship Pastor
We’re looking for a pastor who is passionate about Jesus, people, and developing leaders. This role brings together two connected opportunities: investing deeply in youth and young adults while helping the whole church grow through a clear, relational discipleship pathway. You won’t simply run programs—you’ll equip people to make disciples , recruit and mentor leaders, create welcoming spaces for the next generation, and help people discover their next step with God.
