REACHING THE LOST.
DISCIPLING THE FOUND.
COMMON HOUSE YTH is a community of students seeking to reach the lost while discipling the found. We believe no matter where we come from, Jesus can be our common house and source of hope.
We follow these practices together:
NEXT STEPS happens every Sunday after the main service. This is a time for students to grow in their relationship with God through relevant teaching and small group discussion time. Next steps are split into Junior and Senior High classes.
YTH HOUSE is where we develop meaningful relationships together. It’s in this space that we share from our week, support and encourage each other, learn from Jesus and are sent outward. As in Acts 2:44-47, we follow a simple format: Fun, Eat, message, and Pray. YTH HOUSE meets the first and second Sunday of the month at the church.
COMMON NIGHT is where we come together to worship Jesus and experience His life-changing presence. We worship God together through music, art, Scripture, poetry, prayer, and community. COMMON NIGHT happens on the third Sunday of each month at the church.
REACH LOCAL/REACH ABROAD is when we live out God’s restoration plan in the world. We do this in our everyday lives, together on our mission trips, and through other events organized during the year.
