Women’s Bible Studies are planned for the Spring session. Wednesday morning studies run from March 7 to April 18 at 9:30 am. The Monday evening study runs from March 19 to April 30 at 7 pm in the Community Room. It's not too late to join a study. Click HERE to see a list of the studies.

Our May 1 spring event for women and girls, An Evening of Beau-TEA, is open to family and friends. Consider treating your mother, daughter or friend to a lovely evening tea (hors d'ouevres, salad, soup, sandwiches and dessert), an inspirational talk about beauty, and a fun fashion show featuring girls and women from our very own congregation.

Especially consider inviting unchurched friends. The evening will be a non-threatening way for them to connect with our congregation.

Register at the table in the lobby by Sunday, April 22. Scholarships will be available for those desiring assistance with the cost ($20/adult and $10/age 10 and under). Consider helping to sponsor a scholarship for someone. Jessica Risser (pigvetyahoo.com) can distribute your scholarship to invite someone. Your early registration helps facilitate the team effort for the evening.

We have some need for help yet for the evening. If you can help in the following ways below, would you contact the individuals listed? Your help will be greatly appreciated!

• Tea cups and saucers: If you have some you would not mind loaning please let Nita Landis know thelanfamyahoo.com We preferably need white/ivory/pastel floral, but will receive what you have.

• Help is needed to make paper flowers on Thursday evening April 19 at 6:30 at Kim Winey’s house. Her address is 312 North Market Street in Elizabethtown. Cell 1-570-499-5015 or kimwineyphotographygmail.com. If you have on hand, printed old books, newspapers, music etc. (text without pictures) that can be used to make flowers, please bring them along. Your friend/daughter is welcome to come along to help.

• Help to set tables, Monday evening, April 29. Center pieces/decorating May 1 in the morning (possibly Monday evening still TBD. donnasiegristmjmc.org.
